Remembrance Day

Retired Major General, Tim Cross, came to Christ's to give an assembly and a lecture on the theme of Remembrance. Thank you for speaking with us - it is so important that students learn about the meaning of the day and the sacrifices of those who died in the line of duty.
Our school community stood in silence today to remember those who gave their lives for this country. Together, we honoured the legacy of their sacrifice and bravery.
We are incredibly proud of the students that represented our school with such respect and sincerity at the Guildford Remembrance Parade on Sunday. In particular George W, who created this video and led the choir in a moving rendition of 'Sail on Boys'.
