Macbeth

The Guildford Shakespeare company performed Macbeth for our Y11s in the Duke of Edinburgh Theatre!  This play is one of the GCSE texts for English, and seeing it actually performed really added a new dimension to it. The mix of Shakespearian language and contemporary clothing brought the story of Macbeth to life and gave our students a deeper insight into their set text.
